Allison was highly recommended to us by a colleague and from the beginning she made sure that we had a plan to sell our home that met our timeline and target price. Allison and her group gave us many resources and great tips for preparing our home before listing, as well as looking into our local comps to come up with a good listing price. They marketed our home on social media after arranging the stunning photos and virtual tour. The photographer they used was wonderful as well. After the preparations, our sale was incredibly fast!
